What the printer can do

One machine, a handful of materials, honest limits.

This isn't a shop with twenty materials on tap — it's one well-tuned FDM printer running a focused set of filaments. If your part needs something outside this list, I'll say so upfront.

MaterialGood forTrade-off
PLAVisual prototypes, props, low-stress partsBrittle under load, not heat-resistant
PETGGeneral-purpose functional partsMy default for most "everyday object" jobs
ABSParts that'll see heat or impactNeeds an enclosed bed setup — slightly longer lead time
TPU (flexible)Gaskets, grips, bumpers, snap-fit partsSlower print speed, limited geometry
Build specs

What fits on the bed.

Max build volume350 × 350 × 350 mm
Layer height range0.10 – 0.28 mm
Typical tolerance± 0.2 mm, confirmed per part on request
Color optionsLimited to filament on hand — ask before assuming a specific color

Bigger than this build volume? I can split a part into sections that bolt or glue together — tell me the full size and I'll work out a plan.

Finishing

What happens after the print stops.

Always included

Support removal & cleanup

Every part gets supports removed and edges cleaned before it's checked or shipped.

On request

Sanding & light finishing

Surface smoothing for parts that'll be painted or handled often.

On request

Heat-set inserts

Threaded inserts pressed in for parts that need to bolt to something repeatedly.

Not sure which material fits your part?

Send me what it's for and how it'll be used — I'll recommend the right one.
